I don’t have an answer, so instead I built ChatNap, an extension to help me prompt more intentionally and rebuild the mental pathways required to write an email.
Set a limit. Get interrupted. Explain your task. Get roasted. Then decide if you reaaaaaaaaaaaaally need AI for that.
